It is planned to fix errors as early as possible -- normally we expect a fixed
version to be available within a few days. Improvements are expected
to require larger modifications and hence more time. Therefore improvements will
be available only in the following regular version. Questions from licensed
users should be answered within a working day. Non-licensed users can
expect an answer from within a day to up to a week.
When you report errors please describe the problem as detailed as possible. If necessary
include screen shots and/or a complete trace file. Please send the files compressed.
